1. Cancellation Policy

Before Work Begins

You may request to cancel your order before we have started work on your project. If the cancellation is approved, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund after deducting any applicable payment gateway or processing charges.

After Work Has Started

Once our team has begun work on your project, cancellations may not be possible. Any refund, if approved, will be based on the amount of work completed and expenses already incurred.

Monthly Service Plans

Monthly services such as account management, advertising management, store management, or marketplace management may be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Services already delivered during the current billing period are non-refundable.


2. Refund Policy

Because our services involve professional time, expertise, and digital work, refunds are handled as follows:

Refunds may be considered if:

  • We are unable to deliver the purchased service due to reasons solely attributable to E-commercewala.

  • Duplicate payments have been made.

  • A billing error has occurred.

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Services that have already been completed or substantially performed.

  • Change of mind after work has commenced.

  • Delays caused by the client in providing required information, documents, approvals, or account access.

  • Marketplace or platform account suspensions, policy violations, or approval/rejection decisions.

  • Advertising performance, including low sales, low leads, or return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • Changes to third-party platform policies or algorithms.

  • Dissatisfaction arising from factors beyond our reasonable control.


3. Digital Services

Our services include digital deliverables such as:

  • Seller account setup

  • Product listing

  • Store setup

  • Website development

  • Store optimization

  • Advertising campaign setup

  • Account management

  • Consultation

These services cannot be returned once delivered. Accordingly, completed digital services are generally non-refundable.


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate information

  • Required documents

  • Product details

  • Images

  • Account credentials

  • Timely approvals

Delays caused by missing or incorrect information do not qualify for refunds.


5. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Payment gateway fees, taxes, or other non-recoverable charges may be deducted where applicable.


6. Non-Transferable Services

Purchased services cannot be transferred to another customer or business without prior written approval from E-commercewala.
