These services are delivered digitally.


2. Service Delivery

After successful payment and receipt of all required information, our team will begin processing your order.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the selected service. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase or during project onboarding.

Examples:

  • Seller Account Setup: 1–3 business days*

  • Product Listing: Based on the number of products purchased

  • Shopify Store Setup: 3–7 business days*

  • Advertising Campaign Setup: 2–5 business days*

  • Account Management Services: As per the selected monthly plan

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must provide:

  • Required documents

  • Business information

  • Product details

  • Images and content

  • Account credentials (where necessary)

  • Timely approvals and responses

Delays in providing required information may extend delivery timelines.


4. Third-Party Platforms

Many of our services depend on third-party platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, Google, Meta, and other marketplaces.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Marketplace verification or approval processes

  • Platform outages

  • Technical issues

  • Policy reviews

  • Account verification requirements

  • Changes in third-party platform policies


5. Physical Products

Unless specifically mentioned on the product page, E-commercewala does not sell or ship physical products.

If physical products are introduced in the future, separate shipping information, delivery timelines, and applicable charges will be displayed on the relevant product pages.


6. Service Completion

A service will be considered delivered when:

  • The agreed work has been completed,

  • The deliverables have been shared with the client, or

  • Access to the completed work has been provided.


7. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Internet or server outages

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Cybersecurity incidents

  • Payment verification delays

  • Third-party platform issues
